Position Overview

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and oversight of parking and valet service projects from contract execution through post launch of project. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, and a customer first mindset. Experience in scan-to-pay systems and hospitality operations is a plus.

This role bridges sales, operations, client relations, and technology partnerships to ensure successful site launches — on time, within budget, and in alignment with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Ownership: Serve as the primary point of contact for all RevPASS implementation projects from post-sale handoff through full go-live.
  • Installation Coordination: Coordinate with software team and assigned installation vendors to ensure all hardware and software installations are completed on schedule. Oversee site readiness, including power, network, and physical signage requirements.
  • System Configuration: Ensure accurate setup of QR codes, parking rates, business licenses, tax settings, validations, and user permissions in the software platform. Coordinate test payment workflows, reporting functions, and integrations with finance (EPGS and Client) to confirm full system functionality.
  • Client & Vendor Communication: Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders and clients throughout the project. Secure client sign-off on all signage plans and rate structures to prevent cost overruns or delays.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform on-site or remote testing of installed systems to validate proper operation prior to launch. Document punch-list items and ensure timely resolution prior to client acceptance.
  • Post-Go-Live Support: Monitor initial performance following deployment and coordinate any needed adjustments for optimization. Provide structured project closeout summaries and lessons learned.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Operations, Accounting, and Technology teams to ensure successful transitions from project implementation to ongoing operations.

Required Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of project management experience in parking, technology implementation, or hospitality environments.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems (experience with scan to pay solutions or other PARCS/payment platforms preferred).
  • Proven success managing cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and vendors.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to anticipate and mitigate risks to keep projects on schedule and within scope.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and project tracking tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, or similar).

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP certification or formal project management training.
  • Familiarity with municipal tax/licensing requirements or hotel technology environments.
  • Understanding of signage production, payment gateways, or cloud-based parking systems.

Success Measures

  • Projects launched on or before scheduled go-live date.
  • Zero cost overruns from unapproved changes.
  • Client satisfaction and sign-off within 30 days post-launch.
  • Full RevPASS system functionality confirmed at deployment.
