Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Elevator Attendant to join our team in Tampa, FL. The Elevator Attendant will be responsible for operating the elevator, ensuring smooth and safe transportation for passengers, assisting individuals with disabilities or other special needs, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires punctuality, attention to safety protocols, and a friendly, professional demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate the elevator in a safe and efficient manner.
Greet passengers and provide assistance as needed.
Ensure passengers are safely entering and exiting the elevator.
Maintain cleanliness around the elevator area.
Follow safety protocols and assist in emergency situations if required.
Provide a positive experience for all passengers with courtesy and professionalism.
Qualifications:
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Must be reliable, punctual, and attentive to safety.
Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred but not required.
